I have been listening to your podcasts recently while I have been working, and I will have to say that I really enjoy them. I am a resident of Rutherford County TN and this one really hit close to home! I always tell my grandmother about the information I learn from your podcasts, and while telling her about this one, she asked me to tell her the name of the man whom of which was murdered once more, Russel Jones. Come to find out my great grandfather was the one who dug the “blood pit” where as you stated was where the body was placed. And I learned the story from the perspective of my family who had been informed of all of this when it happened. But long story short I really enjoy your podcasts, and this one helped me find out facts about my deceased great grandfather that I had no idea about.
