From the 1920s until 1954, Nannie Doss was viewed as a loving woman, a grandmother who was as sweet as pie. But things are rarely as they seem.

In 1954, this Giggling Granny as she became known, revealed that her weapon of choice in a string of murders was a secret ingredient she put in the pies she baked for her family.
